Once your return has been received and verified by our Customer Service, we will refund the amount paid for the article(s) to the bank account used for the order in 3 to 5 days
Please dispach items back to us within 17 days following the delivery date.
KINDLY NOTE! All international customers are financially responsible to return items back to us.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached (including hangers). Please read Return Conditions to ensure your parcel is returned back correctly.
FINAL STEP: We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your card has been refunded. Please note that items must meet our return policy.

Before sending back, please make sure clothes do not have:
Clothes, accessories
- Do not tear off tags, garment tags, and labels still attached
- No perfume sprayed on them,
- Has not been kept in the pet’s favorite places where feathers/fur could stick
- Not dirty
- Not washed in a washing machine or with hands
- If you receive the parcel with hangers, we expect you to return the attached hangers back to us
Shoes have to be:
- with clean soles
- undamaged box as it is considered part of the item, please do not use the shoe box as packaging material
We do not guarantee when the money will be returned without fulfilling the above conditions. Therefore, please return the product in its original appearance.
