Here you will be able to find answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding delivery and returns as well as track your order, fill out a return form and find out shipping costs to your specific country

DELIVERY

We provide fast and secure delivery to all European countries. Each of the countries has delivery time and shipping options.  If you do not see your country in the following list, be sure to contact us and we will help you to complete the shipment to the required address.

We will prepare your order within 1-3 business days by confirming it via e-mail. Please make sure you check your delivery address and the chosen shipping options. Your parcel will be delivered by DHL and DPD. 

If you have not received your order within 30 days from the day you have placed your order, please contact our customer service so we can resolve the issue for you.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (South Cyprus only) for those European Union countries no additional taxes or customs duties are charged for articles that are shipped. All costs include VAT.

Delivery to the United Kingdom can take starting from 7 working days.

Go to “My returns” and follow the instructions

Fill out the return form and wait for your return number

Send your order back to us at the following address:

Once your return has been received and verified by our Customer Service, we will refund the amount paid for the article(s) to the bank account used for the order within 30 days

Please dispach items back to us within 17 days following the delivery date.

KINDLY NOTE! All international customers are financially responsible to return items back to us.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached (including hangers). Please read Return Conditions to ensure your parcel is returned back correctly.

FINAL STEP: We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your card has been refunded. Please note that items must meet our return policy.

Before sending back, please make sure clothes do not have:

Clothes, accessories:

  1. Do not tear off tags, garment tags, and labels still attachedNo perfume sprayed on them,
  2. Has not been kept in the pet’s favorite places where feathers/fur could stick
  3. Not dirty
  4. Not washed in a  washing  machine or with hands
  5. If you receive the parcel with hangers, we expect you to return the attached hangers back to us

 

Shoes have to be:

  1. With clean soles
  2. Undamaged box as it is considered part of the item, please do not use the shoe box as packaging material

 

We do not guarantee when the money will be returned without fulfilling the above conditions. Therefore, please return the product in its original appearance.

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases (including sales items) within 17 days of receipt.

Please follow the steps:

  1. Fill out the electronic return form that you can see in your account “Returns”. Please be sure that you fill this form till 10 days after your parcel is delivered. When this returned form is finished, you will receive an e-mail from us.
  2. Please find an attached Returns Form with instructions with your received items and write your order number on the returns form. 
  3. Attach the label for the return shipment to the package. You can find return address Label and send to us.
  4. Once we have received the package, we will confirm with e-mail.

All approved returns will be credited whithin 30 days from approved date (currency, account and payment method as used for original purchase)

We would like to avoid your disappointment of lacked desired item sizes and colors, therefore it is not possible to exchange the goods. But please be patient, it is possible that your favorite size and color could show up on store.
