If you have ordered goods with pick up from our office in Latvia- you will receive a message by a telephone number or e-mail provided by you within 1 working day with information about the nearest available time of receipt.

Return:

We want our customer to always be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you want to return the item, you can do within 17 days by saving return shipping form and filling in required return form, observing all the terms of shipment.

Please read the return policy before returning goods. The return of goods does not apply to goods with torn labels, worn or torn packaging of goods.

Because of reasons of hygiene and children’s health, we do not take back the following items: underwear, pacifiers, baby bottles, hair accessories and swimsuits with torn hygienic linings.

We return the same amount for a returned product for which you purchased it. Refunds are transferred to a bank account with which a customer has paid for a purchase within 30 days.
