As soon as your shipment is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a courier tracking number. If you have ordered goods with pick up from our office in Latvia- you will receive a message by a telephone number or e-mail provided by you within 1 working day with information about the nearest available time of receipt.

For shipments over 200 euros, we provide free delivery to a specified receiving address. To view shipping costs, go to the Shopping Cart and select delivery options.

Return:

We want our customer to always be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you want to return the item, you can do within 17 days by saving return shipping form and filling in required return form, observing all the terms of shipment.

Because of reasons of hygiene and children’s health, we do not take back the following items: underwear, pacifiers, baby bottles, hair accessories and swimsuits with torn hygienic linings.
